 Ashley McCullough was born in Humboldt County, raised in Trinity County, and now resides in Shasta County with her husband and their two sons. She loves Northern California for its people, its weather, and its great outdoors. She and her family enjoy exploring new places, attending local events, and discovering new ways to live off the land. 

Ashley founded Relevant Recruiting to help meet behavioral and mental health needs in rural Northern California communities, where there has been a lack of available professionals. Ashley wants Relevant Recruiting to be part of the solution, eliminating the stigma surrounding mental health and providing others with the support she would like her own children to have. 

With over three years working alongside recruiting agencies, Ashley’s experience in behavioral health administration, recruiting, and employee relations have given her the skills to help companies and candidates find the perfect fit. Relevant Recruiting is committed to providing Northern California with the behavioral health professionals and services it so desperately needs.
